Job summary

Evolve Egress, a leading Cincinnati-area exterior contractor, seeks an in-home sales professional. You’ll work with homeowners, present solutions and pricing, and close deals during 10–20 set appointments weekly.

We provide paid training, uncapped weekly commissions, a company vehicle or allowance, and a 401(k) with up to 5% match. Expected earnings range from $110,000 to $200,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face sales experience is required (not phone or digital sales).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Able to travel throughout the greater Cincinnati area for appointments.
• In-home or consultative sales experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run 10–20 pre-set, confirmed in-home appointments per week.
• Meet homeowners, assess needs, present solution and pricing, close when possible.
• Measure and scope projects so in-house crews can build it accurately.
• Log appointment outcomes in our CRM and follow the structured sales process.
• Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday; Sundays and Mondays off.
