West Shore Home is hiring an in-home Sales Consultant in Lexington, KY. The role focuses on delivering a proven sales method to secure customer agreements for remodel projects.

This position features a rotating schedule, a competitive base salary, and an uncapped commission structure with a strong first-year earning potential. Applicants should have prior sales experience or transferable skills from retail or hospitality, a valid driver's license, and access to a smartphone for required systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a smartphone to log in to company systems.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Follow a rotating monthly schedule (Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Tue–Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM when applicable).
• Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions.
• Guide customers through a one-call close sales process; all leads are warm and pre-set.
