Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run pre-booked homeowner appointments, measure property lines, and write on-site quotes using our pricing tools. This outdoor sales role involves 4–6 home visits weekly across the metro area.

You’ll be reimbursed mileage, receive paid training, and enjoy uncapped commissions with six-figure potential. Strong CRM and communication skills help you succeed and advance in sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Valid driver`s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle and a smartphone with mileage reimbursement.
• Comfortable measuring with a tape and reading a property survey.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Self-motivated, organized, and punctual.
• Familiarity with CRM and basic spreadsheets.
• Construction or home-improvement background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using our pricing tools (laptop / tablet).
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target — we'll teach you the system.
