Job summary

Superior Fence & Rail is seeking aggressive, results-driven sales professionals to join their team. You will meet homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments, provide estimates, and close deals using a proven sales process and company tools.

Top reps earn $120K–$180K+ annually with 100% commission. All warm leads are provided, and a company vehicle is included to support field visits and consistent performance in a growing market.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home sales or home services is a plus.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Comfortable using technology and sales software.
