Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run appointments, measure properties, and prepare winning quotes. This outside sales role conducts visits to homeowners 4–6 days a week. Leads are provided, minimizing cold-calling and maximizing closing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with homeowners.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Comfortable measuring properties and reading surveys.
• Experience with CRM systems and basic spreadsheets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day in the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify project scope.
• Build quotes on-site using pricing tools.
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target and follow the sales system.
