DryZone is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet homeowners on the Delmarva Peninsula, inspect issues, and close sales with trusted, customized solutions for crawlspace encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and related services.

In this consultative role, you will work from pre-scheduled appointments with no cold calling, travel duties, and evening or Saturday availability, earning uncapped commissions with six-figure earning potential.

Qualifications

• Excellent in-person communication and listening to homeowners' concerns.
• Proven ability to close sales in a consultative home-improvement context.
• Strong organization and time-management to manage appointments.

Responsibilities

• Run scheduled in-home appointments throughout the Delmarva Peninsula.
• Perform thorough inspections and identify the cause of homeowner concerns.
• Take measurements, photos, and document your findings.
• Educate homeowners and present customized solutions.
• Present pricing and available financing options.
• Ask for the sale and close business in the home.
• Follow up on open proposals and maintain accurate CRM notes.
