DryZone is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners across the Delmarva Peninsula and help them solve home problems like crawlspace encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and foundation repair.

This consultative, in-home sales role requires listening, asking the right questions, educating homeowners, and closing the sale. Evening and Saturday appointments are part of the schedule; travel across Delmarva is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home or high-ticket sales is a plus.
• Willing to travel throughout the Delmarva Peninsula.
• Evening and Saturday appointments available.
• Confident communicating face-to-face and asking for the sale.

Responsibilities

• Run scheduled in-home appointments throughout the Delmarva Peninsula.
• Perform thorough inspections and identify the cause of homeowner concerns.
• Take measurements, photos, and document findings.
• Educate homeowners and present customized solutions.
• Present pricing and financing options.
• Ask for the sale and close in-home.
• Follow up on open proposals and maintain CRM notes.
