DryZone is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners across the Delmarva Peninsula. You will inspect problems, present solutions, and close sales with uncapped commissions. Training, a proven process, and ongoing coaching are provided.

You’ll handle crawlspace encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and related services. Evening and Saturday appointments are common, with travel across Delmarva and pre-qualified appointments arranged by our team.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home sales or high-ticket sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills are required.
• Ability to navigate the Delmarva Peninsula and schedule evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run scheduled in-home appointments across the Delmarva Peninsula.
• Perform thorough inspections and identify root causes of homeowner concerns.
• Take measurements, photos, and document findings.
• Educate homeowners and present customized solutions.
• Present pricing and financing options; close the sale in-home.
• Follow up on proposals and maintain CRM notes.
