West Shore Home is seeking an in-home Sales Representative in Orlando, FL. The role involves meeting clients at their homes, presenting the value of our remodel solutions (Bathrooms, Flooring, Windows, and Doors), and guiding users through budget-friendly options to close sales.

Expect a competitive base, uncapped commission, and a yearly bonus program. The position supports growth and offers comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifikationen

• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is encouraged.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must have a valid smartphone with two-factor authentication access to company systems.
• No cold-calling; warm leads are provided.

• Sit down with potential customers at their homes to provide an in-depth consultant on our products.

• Sales appointments run for approximately 2 hours.

Purpose of Position:

An In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for all customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary

Key Role Accountabilities:

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule:
  • Weeks 1-2:Mon-Fri, available 9:00 AM-7:00 PM
  • Weeks 3-4:Tues-Fri (9:00 AM-7:00 PM) & Sat (9:00 AM-2:00 PM)

Minimum Requirements:

• The ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment
• A competitive nature with a drive to succeed
• Valid Driver’s Licensewith a clean driving record
• Previous sales experience but we’ve also seen great success with recent grads and those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
