Champion Window and Home Exteriors is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to perform in-home demonstrations, educate customers on Sunroom, Windows, Doors and more, and close high-value projects. You will work with pre-qualified leads and benefit from robust training and coaching.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and earn customer trust.
• Able to pass background checks and driving requirements.
• In-home sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate products in home and educate customers on Champion solutions.
• Identify customer needs and present tailored home improvement proposals.
• Build and present detailed, consultative quotes and close sales.
• Complete contracts and payment information accurately and timely.
• Attend daily sales meetings to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
