Job summary

Champion Window and Home Exteriors is seeking an in-home Sales Representative in Fort Collins. You will conduct appointments, present home improvement solutions, and close high-value sales with the support of provided leads and paid training.

This role offers substantial earning potential with an uncapped commission structure. As a Champion team member, you’ll receive ongoing coaching and access to a robust benefits package while representing a trusted, long-standing brand in the home

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer skills and phone etiquette.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales appointments and build trust with customers.
• Present Champion products and tailor home improvement solutions.
• Identify customer needs and present detailed proposals.
• Close sales and process contracts accurately and promptly.
• Attend daily training and meetings to enhance product knowledge.
• Represent Champion showrooms at local events and shows.
