S&G Carpet and More in Sacramento County is hiring an In-Home Sales Consultant. This salaried role includes a starting base salary of $52,000 per year plus commission, with warm leads provided and no flooring experience required.

Training is provided to help you succeed and join a supportive, team-driven environment. You’ll represent S&G Carpet when meeting customers in their homes, close sales on the spot, and participate in roadshows to generate additional leads.

Qualifications

• No flooring experience is required.
• Paid training provided.
• We hire for attitude, energy, and character first; we train the rest.
• Must live in territory and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Represent S&G Carpet while meeting customers in their homes.
• Receive warm leads and measure and bid flooring projects.
• Close sales in the home whenever possible.
• Support weekly roadshows to generate additional leads.
• Work closely with a supportive, service-focused team.
