Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an in-home Sales Representative in Hartford, CT. You will meet with customers in their homes, present our remodel solutions, and drive sales with pre-set warm leads on a rotating schedule. Competitive base plus uncapped commissions offered.

The role emphasizes explaining product value, budget-friendly options, and delivering post-sale follow-up. Veterans and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Direct sales or consumer-facing experience.
• Ability to connect quickly with customers in-home.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Smartphone with two-factor authentication for company systems.
• Bilingual Spanish/English encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers in their homes to present products and options.
• Explain product value and installation quality to secure purchase.
• Help customers find options that fit their budget.
• Close sales and complete required post-sale activity.
• Sales appointments run for approximately 2 hours.
