This 100% commission-based role features uncapped earning potential and a generous benefits package, with paid training, leading to high earnings for top performers in a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Previous in-home sales experience is highly preferred.
• Home improvement or remodeling sales experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
• Conduct professional in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions using our easy-to-use software.
• Educate homeowners on our products, installation process, and financing options.
• Prepare pricing proposals and confidently ask for the sale.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from consultation through contract.
