Luxury Bath Rose Remodeling seeks an In-Home Sales Representative to meet pre-qualified homeowners, present customized bath remodeling options, and guide customers through the purchasing process using our iPad-based design tools.

This outside sales role offers paid training, pre-qualified leads, a flexible schedule, and an uncapped commission structure with significant earning potential as part of a premier remodeling company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes
• Conduct professional in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions using our easy-to-use software
• Educate homeowners on our products, installation process, and financing options
• Prepare pricing proposals and confidently ask for the sale
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from consultation through contract
