Luxury Bath Rose Remodeling is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present customized bath solutions, and guide customers through the purchasing process using our iPad-based design and sales tools.

This outside sales role emphasizes relationship-building, product knowledge, and the ability to close sales in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering premium remodeling experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
• Home improvement or remodeling sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
• Conduct professional in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions using our software.
• Educate homeowners on products, installation process, and financing.
• Prepare pricing proposals and close sales.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from consultation to contract.
