Luxury Bath Rose Remodeling is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet pre-qualified homeowners, create tailored bath designs with our iPad-based sales system, and guide customers from consultation to contract.

This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earnings potential, paid training, pre-qualified leads, a flexible schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package with medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match. Travel within the local territory is required.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel locally.
• Comfortable presenting to homeowners and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
• Deliver in-home presentations using our iPad-based sales system.
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions using our software.
• Educate homeowners on products, financing, and installation.
• Prepare pricing proposals and close sales.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training.
