Luxury Bath Rose Remodeling is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, present custom bath remodeling options, and guide the purchasing process using our iPad-based design tools.

This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earnings, pre-qualified leads, paid training, and a flexible schedule in the local territory. You will build relationships, close sales, and contribute to exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Previous in-home sales experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
• Conduct professional in-home presentations using our iPad-based sales system.
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions using our software.
• Educate homeowners on our products, installation process, and financing options.
• Prepare pricing proposals and confidently ask for the sale.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from consultation through contract.
