The role offers paid training, uncapped commissions, and a flexible schedule within a sales-driven, performance-based environment. Expect to build relationships and close sales with premier bathroom solutions.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience is highly preferred.
• Home improvement/remodeling sales experience is a significant advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
• Conduct professional in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions using our software.
• Educate homeowners on products, installation process, and financing options.
• Prepare pricing proposals and confidently ask for the sale.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from consultation through contract.
