Window Nation is expanding a high-energy sales team in Minnesota. The Sales Manager will drive revenue, lead a in-home sales team, and align with growth objectives. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, this role focuses on coaching, strategy, and profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years in consumer sales management, plus 3+ years leading sales teams in similar settings. Attractive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma and equivalent years of sales management experience.
• 5+ years' experience in an industry that sells directly to the individual consumer (No B2B).
• 3+ years' experience successfully leading sales teams in a similar environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute annual sales plans with revenue targets for the market.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and hold sales representatives accountable to performance goals.
• Conduct ride-alongs and performance reviews to improve close rates and processes.
