NuFace Home Improvements is seeking an In-Home Full Cycle Sales Representative to join our team in Minnesota. You will guide homeowners through the entire sales experience from consultation to final agreement, meeting clients in their homes and presenting customized solutions.

This in-home, field-based role offers commission-only earnings with substantial earning potential, reporting directly to the team that values relationship-building, problem solving, and a consultative approach to home

Qualifications

• Experience conducting customer needs assessments and identifying solutions.
• Strong consultative selling and prospecting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct In-Home Consultations with homeowners to assess goals and propose solutions.
• Deliver Consultative Presentations showing building and construction options.
• Showcase Product Value and explain benefits; answer questions.
• Manage the Full Sales Cycle from lead qualification to closing.
• Build Customer Relationships based on trust and credibility.
• Overcome Objections and guide customers to the right solution.
• Maintain Sales Activity with accurate records of interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sale to project.
