Job summary

Closets by Design - Salt Lake City is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and coach the in-home sales team. You will join the Leadership Team and report to the owners and General Manager, shaping the department strategy and culture.

You will manage 20+ reps, two to five support staff, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth while maintaining a strong focus on data-driven decisions and customer satisfaction. This is an in-office, full-time leadership role with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience managing salespeople.
• 2–5 years of personal sales success (in-home or B2C preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of managing by data, software and other computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching, training and developing the in-home sales team.
• Implementing and reinforcing a proven, process-driven sales system.
• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding team members.
