Closets by Design - Salt Lake City is seeking an ambitious, high-performing Sales Coordinator to join our in-office team and grow into a leadership role. This position offers a clear path to Sales Manager and leadership responsibilities within a mature, process-driven sales environment.

You will coach designers, recruit and train a 20+ person in-home sales team, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive results. Compensation starts at $20/hour with monthly bonuses and standard benefits.

Formación

• 2+ years experience managing salespeople.
• 2-5 years of personal sales success (in-home or B2C preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of price negotiations and deal structuring.
• Utah-based in-office leadership position.

Responsabilidades

• Support, develop, and grow an in-home sales team of 20+ reps.
• Coach designers through 1-on-1 sessions and group training.
• Build strong individual relationships while holding people accountable.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and offboard team members as needed.
• Enforce a proven, process-driven sales system.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments for team success.
• Handle conflict proactively with candor and clarity.
