Home Genius Exteriors in Cleveland, OH is seeking driven sales professionals for a full-time W-2 role where 90% of the work is done for you before you ever meet the customer. This is a fast-growing market with strong earning potential and leadership opportunities.

You will meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver in-home presentations, and advance through elite training and mentorship as we promote from within.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
