Home Genius Exteriors in Cleveland, OH is hiring for a full-time, high-opportunity W-2 sales role where 90% of the work is done for you before you ever meet the customer. This fast-growing division is on pace for $60M in net sales in our third fiscal year, and the Cleveland market is expanding rapidly.

You will meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver in-home presentations, and grow through elite training and mentorship.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
