Home Genius Exteriors in Cleveland, OH seeks an experienced in-home sales closer for a full-time W-2 role where most work is done for you before you meet the customer.

Meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver engaging presentations, and grow through elite training while earning 100,000–300,000+ annually with uncapped commissions and weekly pay.

Formación

• Experienced in sales with a proven track record.
• Confident communicator and natural relationship-builder.
• Ability to deliver engaging in-home sales presentations.
• Growth mindset with willingness to be mentored and promoted from within.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
