Home Genius Exteriors is hiring in Covington, KY for a full-time sales role where 90% of the work is done for you before you meet the customer. You will close deals with pre-qualified leads and participate in elite training to advance within the company.

The position offers a high earning potential, weekly pay, bonuses, and benefits after 30 days, with a performance-driven, team-oriented environment. Local appointments will be scheduled based on your location.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
