Job summary

West Shore Home in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Design Consultant to serve as the primary contact for customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure agreements to purchase our products and services.

You will operate on a rotating schedule (Mon–Fri, Tue–Sat) with warm, pre-set leads and a performance-based compensation plan including base salary, uncapped commissions, and a year-end bonus program. Expected first-year earnings can reach up to $200K+.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement indicates ability to connect with customers in a sales environment.
• Previous sales experience preferred; grads and those from retail/hospitality/customer-facing roles succeed.
• Must have a valid smartphone with two-factor authentication to log into company systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule (weeks 1–4).
• Handle in-home appointments; sales calls last ~2 hours.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a one-call close sales process.
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
