J. Blanton Plumbing in Columbus, Ohio is expanding its Sewer Sales Division and recruiting experienced in-home sales consultants and high-ticket sales professionals.

You will meet homeowners, present sewer solutions, and close deals with no plumbing background required; we provide full product knowledge and training. This role offers 100% commission with leads and strong support from an established team, plus paid training in Illinois, travel coverage, and a clear path to year-round

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience
• Proven experience selling face-to-face with homeowners
• High-ticket sales experience
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
• Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background and driving record checks
• Ability to lift approximately 40 lbs. up and down stairs
• Willingness to learn residential plumbing and sewer systems

J. Blanton Plumbing is expanding its Sewer Sales Division in Columbus, Ohio, and we're looking for experienced In-Home Sales Consultants, Residential Sales Representatives, HVAC Comfort Advisors, Home Improvement Sales Professionals, and High-Ticket Sales Professionals.

If you have a proven track record selling high-ticket products or services directly to homeowners, we'll teach you the sewer and plumbing side of the business.

As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you'll meet with homeowners to understand their sewer problems, present solutions, and close sales.

J. Blanton Plumbing will provide the product knowledge, technical training, leads, and support to help you transition into sewer sales.
