J. Blanton Plumbing is expanding its Sewer Sales Division in Columbus, Ohio, and seeks experienced In-Home Sales Consultants and related roles. You will meet homeowners, present sewer solutions, and close high-ticket sales with product training provided.

This position offers 100% commission, paid training (approx. 2 weeks in Illinois), travel coverage during training, strong lead flow, and year-round opportunities, plus health benefits and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in residential in-home or field sales.
• Proven face-to-face selling with homeowners.
• Experience selling high-ticket products or services.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.
• 100% commission-based environment familiarity.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background and driving record checks.
• Willingness to learn residential plumbing and sewer systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales consultations with homeowners.
• Build rapport and establish customer trust.
• Identify customer needs and sewer-related problems.
• Learn and use sewer camera inspection technology.
• Present high-ticket sewer repair and replacement solutions.
