Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen in Colorado is hiring a Sales Consultant for a commission-based role with earning potential of $150,000+ per year. You’ll meet homeowners in their homes, present premium window and door solutions, and guide them from initial contact to installation.

The company provides paid training, a ramp-up period, pre-qualified leads, coaching, and a flexible schedule, with top performers earning a company trip.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward performance goals.
• Tech savvy and comfortable using modern tools to support your workflow.
• Flexible schedule to meet customers during evenings and weekends.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Help homeowners identify the best window and door solutions for their needs.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation through installation.
• Partner with Installation Managers to ensure accurate project measurements using video technology.
• Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships.
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience during every interaction.
