The role offers realistic earnings of $100,000+ in the first year, paid training, ongoing coaching, and a support system built around your success.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of in-home/outside flooring sales experience.
• Hunter mentality with strong relationship-building instincts.
• Sharp communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort presenting and speaking confidently in front of clients.
• Self-motivation, coachability, and a competitive drive.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

You’ll be the face of the customer's flooring project — meeting homeowners in their space, understanding their vision and budget, and guiding them to the flooring solution that fits both. You’ll work both company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities, using your expertise and consultative approach to close with confidence.
