Floor Coverings International – Vancouver seeks an assertive In-Home Sales Consultant to convert homeowners into customers by understanding their vision, recommending flooring solutions, and closing sales with a consultative approach. You’ll receive company-generated leads and the freedom to build your own network.

With 3–5+ years in flooring sales, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, and benefit from paid training, a supportive team, and a proven track record of success

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of in-home/outside flooring sales experience.
• Hunter's mentality paired with strong relationship-building instincts.
• Sharp communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort presenting and speaking with confidence in front of clients.
• Self-motivation, coachability, and a competitive drive.
• Comfort with basic sales tracking/reporting tools.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the customer's flooring project—meet homeowners in their space, understand vision and budget, and guide them to the best flooring solution.
• Work with company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities to close deals.
