Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is recruiting Sales Consultants to visit homeowners for scheduled, pre-qualified appointments and close deals using our proven process. You’ll build rapport, present product solutions, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

This 100% commission role offers massive earning potential with strong brand awareness, a steady stream of appointments, and full training to help you maximize income.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
