Renewal by Andersen, the #1 name in windows, is seeking high-energy Sales Consultants to take their career and income to the next level. You’ll visit homeowners for scheduled, pre-qualified appointments, build rapport, and present product solutions.

This role offers 100% company-generated leads with no cold calling, paid training, ongoing coaching, and a massive marketing engine delivering high-quality appointments. Commission-based earning starts at six figures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• Track record of closing sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
