Renewal by Andersen of Central CA is hiring high-energy Sales Consultants for the Bakersfield–central California market. You’ll visit homeowners at pre-qualified appointments, present window replacement solutions, and guide customers through the purchase journey with our proven process.

This full-time, 100% commission role offers the potential to earn $120,000–$225,000+ annually, supported by a strong brand, mass lead generation, and comprehensive training.
