Renewal by Andersen is seeking high-energy Sales Consultants to join our top-performing team in the Tacoma area. You will visit homeowners for scheduled, pre-qualified appointments, build rapport, present product solutions, and close deals using our proven sales process.

This 100% commission role offers massive earning potential backed by a strong brand and a steady stream of appointments. Evening and weekend availability is expected as homeowners are often free after work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• Track record of closing sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
