Job summary

The Drying Company is seeking a Home Performance Advisor to meet with potential clients in their homes, perform inspections, explain problems, and present the best solutions and costs. This role emphasizes customer service, education, and clear communication.

This position offers extensive paid training, a W-2 commission-based structure after training, and generous benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k, paid vacation, and holidays.

Salary Range: $85,000.00 To $150,000.00 Annually

As a Home Performance Advisor, you will spend time with potential clients in their homes, performing inspections, explaining problems, and presenting the best solutions and their costs. At The Drying Company, we are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and excellence-driven results. We particularly seek individuals with professional experience that includes customer service, presentation or education skills, interpersonal relationship building, goal achievement, self-motivated learning, and personal responsibility and accountability. Pay Range: 100% commission-based compensation after paid training period. Our sales consultants earn, on average, $85-150K

• Update client records with photos, notes, estimates, and results
• Schedule and complete follow-up items
• Meet sales and ADL goals
• Represent TDC in a highly professional and friendly manner

What We Are Looking for in a Sales Consultant:

• Preferably in-home sales experience or come from the residential real estate, window/siding/roofing, home inspection, or home improvement industries
• Computer proficiency
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a driving record that allows you to drive company vehicles
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Active listening skills and written/verbal communication skills
• High level of integrity and customer service skills
• Physical ability to navigate attic and/or crawl space areas in the home
