Job summary

The Drying Company seeks a Home Performance Advisor who will visit clients in their homes, perform inspections, explain issues, and present optimal solutions and costs. The team emphasizes outstanding customer experiences and accountability, with paid training and a clear path to high commissions.

As a Sales Consultant, you will run appointments, update records, and work toward sales goals while representing TDC with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home sales or residential real estate/home improvement is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with a driving record that allows company vehicle use.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Active listening and written/verbal communication skills.
• High integrity and customer service orientation.

As a Home Performance Advisor, you will spend time with potential clients in their homes, performing inspections, explaining problems, and presenting the best solutions and their costs. At The Drying Company, we are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and excellence-driven results. We particularly seek individuals with professional experience that includes customer service, presentation or education skills, interpersonal relationship building, goal achievement, self-motivated learning, and personal responsibility and accountability. Pay Range: 100% commission-based compensation after paid training period. Our sales consultants earn, on average, $85-150K

What You Will Do as a Sales Consultant:

• Schedule and complete follow-up items
• Meet sales and ADL goals
• Represent TDC in a highly professional and friendly manner

What We Are Looking for in a Sales Consultant:

• Preferably in-home sales experience or come from the residential real estate, window/siding/roofing, home inspection, or home improvement industries
• Computer proficiency
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a driving record that allows you to drive company vehicles
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Active listening skills and written/verbal communication skills
• High level of integrity and customer service skills
• Physical ability to navigate attic and/or crawl space areas in the home
