Job summary

S&G Carpet is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant to drive sales in Santa Clara County. You will meet customers in their homes, measure flooring projects, and bid jobs with the support of provided leads. Training is provided and a company vehicle is included.

Starting base salary is $60,000 per year plus commission, with total earnings often ranging from $85,000 to $95,000 annually. This is a full-time, salaried role with benefits such as medical, vision, dental, and a 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Represent S&G Carpet in customers' homes and with the country’s largest wholesale retailer.
• Receive warm leads, measure and bid flooring projects in-home.
• Close sales in-home when possible and follow up to secure orders.
• Support roadshows to generate additional leads and opportunities.
• Collaborate with a service-focused team to deliver great customer experiences.
