Job summary

S&G Carpet in Northwest Arkansas is hiring an In-Home Sales Consultant for flooring and carpet in Rogers, AR. You will arrive at scheduled in-home appointments, present bids, and close deals on site. Leads are provided and training is provided; no cold calling.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with bonuses; realistic annual earnings cited as $49,000 to $66,000. Company vehicle, medical/vision/dental, and 401K are offered. We value attitude, energy, and customer-first service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel to in-home appointments in Rogers, AR.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at in-home appointments scheduled by our sales team.
• Present a bid to the customer and explain options.
• Close the job on-site when possible.
• Assist with orders that do not close on site.

Pay & Schedule

Full-time position, five days per week (Saturdays required after training has completed)

Starting hourly of $18.50/hr, plus bonus

New hires can realistically earn $49,000 to $66,000 per year (hourly plus bonus)
