Job summary

S&G Carpet in Santa Clara County is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. This full-time, salaried role comes with a company vehicle and comprehensive training to ensure you succeed from day one.

You will meet with customers daily, address installation questions, and coordinate flow between clients and installers to uphold our reputation for honesty and high standards.

Pay & Schedule

Full-time, salaried position, with Company vehicle

S&G will provide the training and tools necessary to perform the duties of this position

New hires can realistically earn $80,000 to $95,000 per year (salary plus bonus)
