Top reps closed $150K–$250K/month last quarter. I need the closer that is driven to consistently be there.

Role

• Run warm, pre‑set in‑home consultations – qualified homeowners who asked us to come out
• Close high‑ticket kitchen projects: $8,000–$80,000+
• Five service tiers – you'll almost always find the right fit for any budget
• Territory: Salt Lake, Summit, Davis & Weber Counties

Compensation

• Base draw + uncapped commission
• Year 1 realistic: $80K–$120K
• Year 2+ top performers: $150K–$200K+
• Full comp structure disclosed on first call – no surprises

Expectations

• 50%+ close rate on qualified appointments
• Proven high‑ticket in‑home sales background – $20K+ deals
• Self‑motivated – you don't need daily direction
• Availability for evenings and weekends when clients need you
