Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients at their homes to discuss flooring projects
• Use our Sales System with tablet, laptop, and software (non‑negotiable)
• Serve as the single point of contact for all flooring service requests
• Coordinate installation timing and communicate schedules with the Office Manager
• Convey customer needs to the Install Manager to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain customer relationships and develop referral sources for ongoing business
• Participate in ongoing training and educational requirements (may involve travel at company expense)
• Bring a good sense of humor to the team

Compensation

Potential earnings are $60,000 for the average Design Associate. Above‑average Associates earn $80,000 to $100,000+.
