Bethany Christian Services seeks a Safety Case Manager in Effingham, IL. You will oversee in-home safety services, coordinate providers, and communicate weekly updates to the IFS Worker. The role requires flexibility for evenings/weekends and court appearances.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in social work with relevant experience and must obtain CWEL/CERAP after hire. This is a full-time, hybrid position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work and active credentials or eligibility.
• Two or more years in a child and family welfare agency.
• Qualified Mental Health Professional credentials per state rules.
• Ability to obtain CWEL and CERAP upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage in-home safety services under the Impending Danger Plan.
• Coordinate safety service providers and ensure plan implementation.
• Provide weekly updates to the IFS Worker on safety services and plan sufficiency.
• Attend court hearings and file required documents within timelines.
