Allied Roofing & Construction in Lodi, NJ is seeking an In-Home Roofing Sales Representative to run qualified homeowner appointments, inspect roofs, present solutions, and close deals through Allied's consultative sales process. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of sales experience in roofing or exterior remodeling, is coachable, comfortable climbing roofs, and motivated by uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred
• Roofing, siding, windows, exterior remodeling, or home improvement sales experience preferred
• Candidates with training from a larger home improvement or roofing company encouraged to apply
• Must be coachable and willing to follow a proven sales system
• Comfortable climbing ladders, walking roofs, and working outside
• Strong communication, confidence, and closing ability
• Competitive, motivated, relentless, and results-driven
• Insurance claim experience is a plus
• No estimating experience required

Responsibilities

• Run in-home sales appointments with qualified leads provided by the company
• Perform roof and property inspections, including climbing ladders and getting on roofs
• Present roofing, siding, and exterior solutions to homeowners
• Follow Allied's structured in-home sales process
• Communicate with clients throughout the sales and production handoff process
• Build trust, create urgency, and close deals professionally
• Generate referrals, network locally, and build additional lead sources
• Participate in sales meetings, training, ride-alongs, and ongoing development
• Use company software, tablets, and cloud-based tools to manage sales activity
