Qualifications

• 1–3 years of in-home sales experience in roofing or home services.
• Proven track record closing deals at the kitchen table.
• Comfortable on a roof or willing to learn safe inspection practices.
• Strong communication and active listening to build homeowner trust.
• Able to self-generate leads via referrals and canvassing.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; company vehicle included.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays; commission-based.

Responsibilities

• Run company-provided in-home sales appointments from inspection to signed contract.
• Inspect roofs, document conditions, and build clear scopes of work.
• Present roofing options, financing, and pricing in the home and close when possible.
• Canvass around sold jobs to generate additional opportunities.
• Self-generate leads through referrals and your network; earn bonuses for self-gen deals.
• Manage your pipeline in CRM with accurate notes and timely follow-ups.
• Maintain homeowner relationships through production and post-sale stages.
• Collaborate with production team to ensure successful handoffs and outcomes.
