Honest Abe Roofing is seeking an In-Home Sales Advisor to meet with homeowners who requested roofing help. No roofing experience is required; we provide paid training, company-generated appointments, a company vehicle, sales tools, and a proven process.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments.
• Inspect roofs and identify repair or replacement needs.
• Present roofing options and project estimates.
• Educate homeowners and answer questions.
• Build trust through clear, professional communication.
• Follow up with homeowners after appointments.
• Use our CRM to manage your pipeline.
• Coordinate with production after the sale.
• Represent Honest Abe Roofing professionally in the field.
• Participate in training, coaching, and role play.
• Work some evenings and Saturdays as needed.
