Home Genius Exteriors in Somerset, NJ is seeking a results-driven Sales Expert to close in-home remodel deals. You’ll meet 2–3 qualified homeowners daily, inspect needs, present roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors, and guide buyers through financing options to close high-ticket sales.

As a full-time W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you’ll have uncapped commissions with six-figure first-year earnings potential and ongoing training in a fast-growing company that rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
