Southern National Roofing is hiring in-home sales closers for our Columbia, MD office. You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present roof solutions and financing, and close on the first visit. No cold calling and no door knocking.

Paid training is provided in Charlotte, NC, with travel and hotel covered. Expect a path to high earnings with uncapped commissions and a weekly draw, in a six‑day workweek with evening appointments.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 pre-qualified homeowners
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof
• Present the solution and the financing
• Close on the first visit
• Hand it to an install team that moves fast, and go home
